Organization helpsPosted: December 5, 2011

The last two weeks of classes are quickly approaching. This means that papers are piling up and finals are around the corner. With this, comes the pressure of getting all your assignments in order. The best way to keep calm during this frantic time is to get your life organized.
First make write down your top three tasks that need to be accomplished first. This will help get those big projects done quicker so you have more time to do the smaller things. After doing this, create a to do list of all the other items you need to complete. Map out what you need to have done by when this will help you accomplish your goals in a timely fashion so you are not frantically writing papers at midnight the day before.
Concentrate on one thing at a time, keeping all other tasks out of site and out of mind. This will help you ease into each assignment with a clear mindset of what you are working on in that moment. Work in an environment where you are free from any distractions in order to make sure all your work will be complete in a timely fashion.
Lastly start now! Don’t make a list of what you need to do and stare at it for the next week. Before you know it you’ll need to hand in those assignments and you’ll be running to your final wishing you actually studied. That is why after your done reading this your going to create a timeline, right? That’s what I thought.
